GIẢI FULL ĐỀ TOEIC WRITING (câu 1 – câu 8) 9/2024

Hello mọi người, trong bài này chúng ta sẽ cùng nhau giải và viết full một đề TOEIC WRITING cùng các bước chi tiết từ câu hỏi số 1 đến câu số 8.

Cấu trúc BÀI THI TOEIC WRITING

Gồm 8 câu hỏi, kéo dài 60 phút:

  • Câu 1-5: Viết câu
  • Câu 6, 7: Viết Email
  • Câu 8: Viết Essay

Questions 1–5: Write a sentence based on a picture

Question 1: hold/ book

Hold v. cầm nắm / book n. sách

The girls are holding books while sitting together.

(Các cô gái đang cầm sách và ngồi cạnh nhau.)

Question 2: many/ customer

Many: nhiều + N số nhiều | Customer n. khách hàng

There are many customers shopping in the store.

(Có rất nhiều khách hàng đang mua sắm tại cửa hàng.)

Question 3: cup/ on top of

Cup n. tách | On top of prep. Trên

A cup is placed on top of another cup in a stack.

(Một chiếc cốc được đặt lên trên một chiếc cốc khác trong một chồng cốc.)

Question 4: clean/ because

Because : bởi vì | Clean v. dọn dẹp

The man is cleaning his car because it is dirty.

(Người đàn ông đang rửa xe vì xe bẩn.)

Question 5: wait/ until

Wait v. chờ | Until prep. / conj. cho đến khi

The people are waiting until it’s their turn.

Question 6: Write an email

Directions: Read the e-mail.

Thank you for your interest in our company’s program that helps employees pay for educational expenses. Respond to the e-mail. In your e-mail, give TWO pieces of information and ask ONE question.

  1. Topic Sentence 1: There are several advantages to staying at one company.
    • Supporting Point 1: Job security and stable income.

Introduction

Nowadays, people have many career options. While some people choose to change between companies, others prefer to stay at one company for a long time. Working for the same company throughout one’s career has both advantages and disadvantages.

Body

Staying with one company for the entire career can offer employees some benefits. One key advantage is job security and stable income. Employees are more likely to receive promotions and salary increases as companies reward loyalty. On the other hand, employees who frequently switch job may experience a fluctuation in their monthly income. This can reduce their peace of mind compared others staying at one organization. 

Another benefit of working in the same place for the whole career is that it allows employees to from strong relationships. These relationships can lead to better teamwork, increased trust, and a more comfortable working environment. It can make work more enjoyable and easier to handle daily tasks. Building close relationships with colleagues and managers also foster a sense of belonging and community, which can improve your job satisfaction.

However, staying at one company also has its drawbacks. One issue of staying at one organization for a long time is that employees may not have enough opportunities to expand their knowledge. Because of lack of diverse work environments, employees may feel stuck in their roles with repetitive tasks. This may make it more challenging for the employees/workers to stay competitive to the job market, as they may not be exposed to new skills or industry trends.

Additionally, another drawback is the risk of career stagnation. Without changing roles or companies, employees might find fewer opportunities for personal development and innovation. This can impact their overall satisfaction and well-being. As a result, they may be less motivated to work hard. Over time, this can lead to burnout. 

Closing

In conclusion, staying at one company for a long time has both positive and negative aspects. While it offers job security and long-term relationships, it can also limit professional and personal growth. Ultimately, the decision to stay or leave depends on career goals and personal values.
